Quite often I get stopped by people at the gym and outside of the gym and they ask me for suggestions on particular exercises.  As a certified personal trainer, I like to help clients by customizing a routine based on their goals, limitations and prior medical history.

Nonetheless, there sometimes is some additional equipment which could be useful in certain circumstances whether you are training at home, on the road, or even at a fully-equipped gym.  The items on this page are ones I actually use because they could:
